What the form fields do

A short tour of the six form questions, so you know how each one is used and what must match.

You copied a ready-made form, so there is nothing to build. It is still worth knowing what each of its six questions does. It helps when something looks wrong, and it explains why a few things must match exactly.

The six questions

  1. Product SKU. A unique code for the product, such as DGT001. It connects your images, your data and your listing. Never reuse a SKU. Short answer, required.
  2. Product Name. Your product title or theme. Short answer, required.
  3. Product Type. A drop-down that connects the product to the right template. The form ships with JPG, PLANNER and SCHEDULE. Each option must match a column header in your Product Templates tab exactly, with the same spelling, spacing and capitalization. Required.
  4. Qty Included / Number of Designs. How many items the buyer gets. Short answer, required.
  5. Product Overview Image. One preview image, used to help the AI describe the product. File upload, images only, one file, up to 1MB.
  6. Any Product Comments. Extra detail or context. The AI uses it for tone, keywords and intent. Paragraph, required.

Why it matters

  • If you change a form option, change the matching Product Templates header.
  • Unique SKUs keep your images and listings from getting mixed up.
  • Keep the overview image under 1MB.

That finishes the foundation. Next: read the short note on how the apps fit together, then install them one at a time.
