Start here: what it costs and what you need

What the Etsy listing automation does, what it does not do, what running it costs, and how this course is ordered.

This course walks you through installing the Etsy listing automation in your own accounts. You fill in one Google Form for a product. The system turns that row into a complete Etsy draft: title, description, tags, alt text, your listing images, and a customer download PDF kept in your Drive. You own it and run it yourself.

What it is, and what it is not

It is a structured workflow that you install in your own Make.com account. It creates drafts only, which keeps it on the right side of Etsy’s rules.

It is not a one-click publishing tool, and it is not a set-and-forget bot. You always review the draft and publish it yourself.

What it costs to run

The course and these lesson pages are free. Running the system has three costs, and all three are billed to you directly:

  • Make.com. The free plan allows two scenarios and this system uses four. You can build and test on the free plan, but to run all four you need Make’s cheapest paid plan.
  • Google Workspace. A paid Google Workspace account on your own domain. Make’s Google modules connect reliably with Workspace. A free Gmail account needs a custom Google Cloud OAuth setup, which this course does not cover.
  • OpenAI. Your own API key, billed by OpenAI per listing. The model we suggest, gpt-6-luna, is built for low-cost, high-volume work, so the cost per listing stays small.

Check each provider’s current pricing before you start. It changes.

What you need ready

  • A Google Workspace account (see above)
  • One or more digital products you want to list
  • Your listing images or mockups
  • An Etsy shop

Setup typically takes one to three hours. No coding is needed. Take it in order and take your time, because this is the part you only do once.

How the course is ordered

  1. Foundation (lessons 1 to 11). Set up once per shop: Make.com, OpenAI, Google Workspace, your Drive folders, the Google Form and Sheet, your customer persona, your listing template, your customer PDF and your listing images.
  2. The apps (lessons 12 to 17). Read the short note on how the apps fit together, then install App 2, App 3, App 4 and App 5 in that order.

The videos are titled Automation 1 to 6, while the apps are App 2 to App 5. Automation 2 and 3 are App 2, Automation 4 is App 3, Automation 5 is App 4 and Automation 6 is App 5. Each lesson tells you which video it uses.

Where the files are

Every lesson and video is free to read and watch. The files you install are the four Make blueprints, the Google Form copy, the Sheet and the customer PDF templates. They come one of two ways:

  • Free route. Join the free Digital Sellers Club group on Skool and take the files from there. You follow these same lessons.
  • Guided route. A code opens the members area, where the files sit beside the full course: what you should see at each step, what to do when it does not look right, a map of exactly what to fill in, a first-run test, troubleshooting, and written support. Open the members area with the code that came with your order.
